Part-Time Domestic Cleaner (2–3 days per week)
We currently have a vacancy for a part-time domestic cleaner working 2–3 days per week, mainly in Alvechurch, Barnt Green, Blackwell, and Rowney Green.
Many of our clients are elderly, but this is a purely domestic cleaning role and does not involve any personal care duties. Tasks include general house cleaning such as bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping floors.
Working arrangements
You will not work alone, and will usually be paired with another experienced and friendly cleaner.
The working day starts at 8:45am at our base in Alvechurch, where you will collect equipment and products. You will typically finish around 4:00pm (sometimes slightly earlier).
Travel and driving
You will take it in turns to drive your own vehicle with your cleaning partner between client homes.
- Mileage is typically low (around 5–10 miles per day)
- You will be reimbursed at 55p per mile
- Business use car insurance may be required — please check with your insurer
A full driving licence and a safe, roadworthy vehicle are required.
Equipment and support
All cleaning equipment and products are provided. You do not need to supply anything yourself.

- Weekly pay in arrears
- Weekly emailed payslip based on timesheets
