Salary: £35,000 Basic + OTE £55,000 + Company Car
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week, Sundays on rota
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join a busy main dealership in Chingford. This role is perfect for an experienced Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service whilst maximising finance and insurance performance.

Business Manager Role:
- Support the sales team by structuring and presenting finance and insurance packages
- Maximise sales of finance, warranties, paint protection and other value-added products
- Ensure all transactions are completed in line with FCA regulations and compliance standards
- Coach and support the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge
- Build strong relationships with customers whilst delivering an exceptional buying experience
- Help drive departmental targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Business Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using IT systems and dealership software
- Full UK Driving Licence
