Salary: Up to £30,000 – £38,000+ per year (uncapped, performance-based, salary based on full time hours)

About the Role
We're growing our team & looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join the team at Bellissima Exclusive in Guiseley — a busy, ambitious salon with a strong reputation and a team that's genuinely invested in each other.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a clear progression pathway, structured training, and earnings that grow with you. Wage reviews happen every 12 weeks — so your pay reflects your development, not just your tenure.
What You'll Be Doing
Your core treatments will include:
- Manicures and pedicures
- Waxing
- Massage
- Lash and brow tinting
- General beauty treatments
As you develop, you'll be trained into:
- Advanced facial treatments
- Skin rejuvenation
- Laser hair removal
- Electrolysis
- Specialist skin treatments
What We're Looking For
- Experienced and confident across core beauty treatments
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Someone who takes their development seriously and wants to grow
- Experience in electrolysis or intimate waxing is an advantage — not essential
