we require highly caring staff to work in our little care home based in Shelton lock you must have very clear communication in speaking and writing English .
1, a night support each shift is 10 hours from 9pm to 7am and day support are 7 hours , 7am to 2pm or 2pm -9pm
2, we also require a staff to cover annual leave this could mean you could work extra hours depending on who is annual leave this will include days and nights
all roles are to care and support people with onset dementia this will include personal care may include administering medication as per direction also ensuring that you maintain dignity and respect at all times, you must be able to complete care notes on a laptop .
there are some domestic tasks , keeping bedrooms tidy bed making, some laundry tasks ensuring lounge and dining rooms are hazard free and compliant with infection control .
we do offer paid breaks we are a small friendly home who offer training and qualifications .
