Bookings Coordinator (Remote – Self-Employed)
Gfitness is the UK's leading provider of exercise services to care and nursing homes. We are looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated self-employed Bookings Coordinator to join our team and help coordinate exercise sessions between our instructors and our network of care home clients.
This is a remote role that involves communicating with both existing and prospective care homes to arrange bookings for our instructors. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent client relationships while ensuring our instructors' schedules are managed efficiently.
This position is offered on a self-employed basis, making it well suited to individuals who enjoy working independently and managing their own schedule within agreed business hours. The role offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to become an important part of a supportive and growing team.
Applicants will need access to a reliable internet connection, a telephone, and a computer, as all duties are carried out remotely. Availability during weekday business hours (9:00am–4:00pm) is essential.

Previous experience within the care sector, health and fitness industry, customer service, or sales would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
