Bloom Well Care Limited is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Care Assistant / Support Worker to provide support for a 5-year-old child with special needs during school holidays in the Watford area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support and supervision.
- Assist with personal care where required.
- Support engagement in play, learning, and recreational activities.
- Promote the child's safety, wellbeing, and independence.
- Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with family members and the care team.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with additional needs, disabilities, autism, or complex needs.
- Caring, patient, and professional approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (if not already in place).
- Reliable and punctual.
