We are seeking highly skilled Headteachers to lead our hardworking teams. Although the Junior and Infant Schools were judged to be ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good with outstanding features’ respectively in our last Ofsted inspection, the last 18 months have seen a period of change. We are looking for a leader who can build back previous inspection success under the new framework.
As Headteacher, you will work closely with Governors to set the schools’ future strategic direction for your school and, in doing so, you will demonstrate your commitment to pursuing excellence in every aspect of the life of the Federation.
St Andrew’s is proud of its achievements and is determined to build upon its existing high standards of teaching and learning in the future.
Governors are looking to appoint two Headteachers who can demonstrate:
-
Excellent leadership knowledge and skills;
- A clear vision for enriching the schools’ distinctive Christian ethos;
- The ability and passion for raising educational standards; and
- Willingness to build on the very good established links with the community and church.
The Federation’s new Headteachers will be leaders who are passionate about teaching and learning, individuals who are committed to achieving excellent outcomes for pupils, and who will champion the interests of pupils, staff and the local community.
