We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. This role requires a blend of technical skills and customer service expertise, making it essential for the Beautician to connect with guests and enhance their overall experience.
Duties
- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including Nails, Waxing, Massage and skin care services.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment areas.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalised beauty advice.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Deliver excellent guest services by ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with innovative treatments.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in hospitality or front desk roles is advantageous.
- Level 2 Beauty Therapy
- Level 3 Spa or deep tissue massage are a plus.
- Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- A friendly demeanour with a passion for the beauty industry.
