Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various premises, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous, but full training will be provided. Duties
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, communal areas, and private residences according to company standards
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all areas are tidy and welcoming
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties as required
- Restock cleaning supplies and organise storage areas effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial roles is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards work commitments
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning practices is advantageous
