As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the Company's social media strategy, digital communications activities and online engagement across multiple digital platforms.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital communications professional to take ownership of the Company's social media presence and digital communications activities.
Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and continuously improving integrated digital communication campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and support the Company's wider commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Company's social media strategy and digital communications activities in line with business objectives.
- Manage and strengthen the Company's online presence across appropriate digital platforms to ensure consistent brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Plan, coordinate and execute integrated digital communication campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Manage the Company's social media platforms, ensuring regular publication of engaging, relevant and brand-consistent content.
- Monitor and enhance the Company's online reputation through proactive digital engagement and reputation management.
- Create, coordinate and oversee digital content that strengthens brand awareness, customer engagement and online communications.
- Plan, implement and optimise digital advertising campaigns across appropriate online platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance, digital engagement metrics and online performance data, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-channel digital communication initiatives to maximise audience reach, customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to support the Company's commercial, operational and strategic objectives.
- Identify emerging digital communication trends, technologies and opportunities to improve customer engagement and online visibility.
- Support customer onboarding and stakeholder engagement activities where appropriate to promote effective communication and adoption of the Company's services.
- Maintain and optimise the Company's digital communication platforms and supporting online resources to deliver an effective customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations relating to digital communications, audience engagement and campaign performance.
- Undertake such other professional duties consistent with the nature and level of the role as may reasonably be required.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience developing and managing social media strategies and digital communications.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital communications and online engagement.
- Experience planning and delivering integrated digital communication campaigns.
- Experience creating and managing engaging digital content across multiple online channels.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and campaign optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting campaign performance data and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience managing online brand presence and reputation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
- Strong organisational, stakeholder management and collaborative working skills.
- A proactive, creative and commercially aware approach to digital communications.
