Fashion Shop is looking to hire a Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We are a small family-owned business located in Down District. We are currently seeking a positive, positive attitude, reliable, and outgoing individual to join our team.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work on-site at our store location in Newcastle
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to communicate with customers and maintain a positive attitude with customers and store staff
- Must have the ability to learn new products and processes
- Must have the ability to learn company policies and procedures
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Answer any customer questions regarding our products services
- Ordering merchandise for display or sale
- Closing the register as needed to process orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store including sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Benefits:
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newcastle, County Down: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
