We are looking for a new team member to help with administration duties including, Loading content to our web site, helping with letters before action on debt collecting, answering incoming calls and a little more. Full training provided.
Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for candidates with previous office experience who are proficient in various computer applications and possess excellent organisational skills. The successful applicant will play a vital part in ensuring smooth administrative processes, maintaining effective communication, and supporting the overall efficiency of our team. Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to update records accurately
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other administrative logistics
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping through QuickBooks or similar software
- Handling general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Providing support to team members with various administrative tasks to enhance overall office productivity
Skills
- Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Clerical experience that showcases reliability and professionalism in an office environment
