About the role
We are looking for professional, guest-focused Security Officers to join our luxury hotel and premium events teams in Central London.
This is a front-of-house security role in high-standard hospitality environments where presentation, communication, discretion and judgement are just as important as security experience. You will be representing both our company and some of London’s most respected venues, helping to create a safe, calm and welcoming environment for guests, residents, visitors, staff and event attendees.
This role would suit experienced SIA licence holders who take pride in their appearance, communicate confidently, and understand the importance of delivering security with a hospitality mindset.
About you
You will be someone who is reliable, polished, observant and confident dealing with people in a luxury or high-profile environment.
Essential requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong customer service or front-of-house manner
- Calm and confident approach to conflict management and de-escalation
- Good attention to detail and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider hotel or events team
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility around shift patterns
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable experience
Experience in any of the following would be highly advantageous:
- 5-star hotels, luxury residential, corporate security or premium retail
- Event security, VIP events or licensed venues
- Concierge, reception, front-of-house or hospitality roles

You will be confident enough to manage difficult situations, but polished enough to represent a 5-star environment. You will know when to step forward, when to observe, and how to deal with guests, residents, VIPs, staff and members of the public with tact and professionalism.
