Hygiene Operator – Nights (Caerphilly)
We’re recruiting Hygiene Operators for a busy food manufacturing site in the Caerphilly area. This is a full‑time role working Sunday- Thursday 8.30pm- 5am on nights, ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and a consistent routine.
What you’ll be doing
- Deep cleaning production lines, equipment, and work areas
- Using cleaning agents safely and correctly
- Ensuring all areas meet strict food safety standards
- Preparing the site for the next day’s production
Shift Pattern
- Nights only Sunday- Thursday 8.30pm- 5am
- Full‑time hours
Pay Rates
- £16.13 per hour – Nights
- £19.35 per hour- Saturdays
- £25.80 per hour- Sundays
What we’re looking for
- Reliable and safety‑focused workers
- Previous hygiene or cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
- Comfortable working with chemicals (full training provided)
