We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with a leisure, entertainment, or hospitality background to join a leading active entertainment operator at their park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into an Assistant Manager role within a busy, high-energy, and well-established facility.

About You:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or management role within leisure, hospitality, or family entertainment
- Passionate about the leisure and active entertainment industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
The Job:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trampoline park, ensuring high standards of safety and guest experience are maintained
- Act as the senior person on shift, handling any issues, event bookings, or customer queries
- Support the General Manager in the running and overall performance of the park
- Ensure all health and safety procedures as well as equipment checks are followed at all times
