Mayfair Town & Country are looking to recruit a capable and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our established Beaminster office. As an independent agency with seven branches across the South West, we have built a strong reputation for professionalism, local knowledge and delivering results for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career within a supportive and growing business.
You will play an important part in our sales team, helping to generate new business, negotiate offers and guide transactions through to completion. The role requires confidence, excellent client care and organisation skills, together with a proven proactive approach to client care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Market appraisals
- Matching buyers to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Following up appointments and securing feedback
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Preparing memoranda of sale
- Sales Progression
- Responding to enquiries
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and the accurate completion of associated documentation
- Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience within estate agency (ideally 2+ years)
· Is confident negotiating and communicating with clients
· Provides excellent customer service
· Is organised, accurate and able to manage a busy workload
· Has a positive, professional approach
· Holds a full UK Driving Licence
· Has local knowledge of the Dorset area (desirable)
For the right candidate with the right attitude, full support and training will be provided.
Working Hours:
· Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
· Saturday rota (with a day off in lieu the following week)
