About The Role
This is a permanent full-time role working 45 hours per week. Our Head Office is based at Progress Drive Cannock.
In the role of Programme Coordinator, you'll act as first point of contact for customers and suppliers. You'll report into the Programme Manager and promote a positive image of RNR, completing all your duties to a high standard and in an efficient, customer-focused manner.

The job duties will involve:
· Providing an excellent level of customer service
· Acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
· Office administration
· Planning/providing a works schedule and handle any work order updates and/or revisions
· Apply and monitor Streetworks permits
· Respond to emails and queries from Suppliers
· Be able to work in a reactive and busy environment
About You
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to your work and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience of working in a telecom and traffic management environment would be advantageous however not an essential requirement of the role. You must take care in your work, be proactive in your approach to work but also adaptable to the changing priorities of the business operations.
