LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting Evening Chefs to join our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties.
Shift opportunities include:

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of Hotel Dinner Chef would include...
-
Preparing a range of high-quality dinner dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants

Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
-
Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety, both with the products that are served and wthin the working environment

Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
-
Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
-
Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities for this role...

Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required

Food safety qualifications required

Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
