A brand-new premium tanning salon is opening in the heart of Partick, and we're looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused team members to help us launch and grow an exciting new business.
About the Role
As a Tanning Salon Assistant, you'll be the face of the salon, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer enjoys a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in customers
- Advising clients on tanning packages and products
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Operating reception and booking systems
- Promoting memberships and retail products
- Handling cash and card transactions
- Ensuring tanning equipment is cleaned and prepared between customers
- Opening and closing the salon
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Sales experience is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in beauty, tanning, fitness, hospitality, or retail is preferred
- Must be over 18 years old
