We are looking for a Chef to run the kitchen along side the Food and Beverage Manager, the job also entails some bar work, bar experience is preferred but training will be provided. Kitchen experience is a must.

Purpose of Job
To prepare and serve breakfast and sandwich menu food and assist Food and beverage manager in providing a high quality food service to all customers and preparing for events.
Main Duties
To ensure a high standard of personal and food hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness in the kitchen and food service areas at all times.
When asked to ensure and undertake the requisitioning of provisions, checking and monitoring quality and ensuring necessary records and documentation are completed.
To prioritise own workload to best service the needs of the customers.
When asked to train and motivate other members of staff within the department.
To be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen, food preparation and storage areas.
General

Special Conditions
- The working hours are to be based on the needs of the business and arranged as necessary to ensure the efficient operation of the facilities, including weekend attendance as required.
Conduct
- The post holder is required to behave in a professional, respectful, polite, friendly and helpful manner with all occupants, visitors and telephone callers to the company, e.g. staff members, members of the public/customers.
