We are an established engineering company based in Lincoln, specialising in the manufacture of high-quality, bespoke steel and glass doors. Working in small, skilled teams within a clean and modern facility, we are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Operative to support both workshop production and nationwide installation.
Duties may include (training provided):
- Precision assembly of bespoke doors and components
- CNC machine operation
- Welding and fabrication
- Powder coating
- Electrical work
- Site surveys, door maintenance, and installations across the UK
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Background in sheet metal work (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Full driving licence essential
Desired Skills & Qualities:
- Clear communication and the ability to follow instructions
- GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in Maths & English or equivalent
- Good manual dexterity and physical fitness
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated
- CSCS card (advantageous)
