In this role,
- assist in food preparation and production, ensuring that our guests enjoy delicious meals during their stay.
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen. Support the team in food production and presentation to ensure quality service.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods.
Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen preferred but NOT essential. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
