We’re currently looking for a warm, reliable and professional Live-In Carer to support a clients in Haywards Heath, East Grinstead and Burgess Hill. This is an immediate start opportunity with excellent support from a friendly and highly respected care team.

At GoodOaks, we know great care starts with looking after our carers. You’ll have direct support from an approachable office team who genuinely care about your wellbeing and success.
The Role
You’ll live in the client’s home during your placement, providing companionship and personalised support that helps them stay safe, independent and comfortable in familiar surroundings.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and emotional support
- Mobility assistance
- Light household duties
- Accompanying the client to appointments or outings
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and delivering care with patience, kindness and dignity.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous live in care experience (minimum six months)
- Are compassionate, dependable and professional
- Can work independently and use initiative
- Has the right to work in the UK (we can't offer sponsorship)
