This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Algar Lodge Farm Shop as a Sous Chef. This is a part-time role (2-3 days a week).

We use fresh, local produce direct from our farm shop and currently serve an extensive breakfast and lunch menu in the café, which we aim to change every three months to introduce new and exciting dishes.
You’ll be working closely with our Chef team, helping to prepare a wide range of freshly made breakfast and lunch dishes. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, maintains high food hygiene standards, and enjoys being part of a hardworking, supportive team.
You’ll need to be confident working under pressure and comfortable in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be creative, confident, experienced, reliable, enthusiastic, and a great team player.
