We are seeking a dynamic and professional Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. This role requires relocation to Dubai and offers an exciting opportunity to work within the high-end property market. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, facilitating property transactions, and representing some of the most prestigious properties in Dubai. This position is a commission only role and suitable for individuals eager to develop their career in luxury real estate on an international scale.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospective buyers
- Conduct property viewings and organise private showings of luxury properties
- Assist clients throughout the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Prepare detailed property listings, including high-quality photographs and descriptions
- Negotiate offers and facilitate contractual agreements between buyers and sellers
- Coordinate with legal teams, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in transactions
- Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and new developments within Dubai’s luxury real estate sector
- Organise client appointments, follow-ups, and maintain comprehensive records of interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related administrative roles within a luxury environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages considered an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a professional demeanour at all times
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai
- A proactive attitude with a passion for high-end property markets and customer service excellence
