The role:
You will work closely with a highly motivated team who focus on providing the highest quality care to a diverse resident group.
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home
- Lead, support, and develop the staff team
- Ensure full regulatory and safeguarding compliance
- Maintain high standards of person-centred care
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources effectively
- Drive occupancy, quality improvement, and overall service performance
What we’re looking for:
- You must be a fully qualified General nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse
- 1+ Year Nurse Manager Experience in a Nursing home environment
- You must have a valid NMC registration
