One of our closest clients is currently seeking Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join their team working in two new GP Practices.
You will be assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of acute and chronic conditions.
The shifts will be between Monday – Friday 8am – 18:30pm.

Qualifications / Experience
· Masters in Advance Clinical Practice
· Experience working in Primary Care
· Experience in Chronic Disease Management and decision-making skills
· Confident using EMIS
· Advanced Nurse Practitioner Qualification – with Prescribing rights
