Office & Operations Coordinator (Part Time)
Location: Bootle, Liverpool (Office Based)
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, school hours considered)
Pay: £15-£17 per hour depending on experience

Camper Camper designs, builds and hires high-quality campervans from our workshop in Bootle, Liverpool.
We're a growing business with three main areas:
- Campervan conversions
- Campervan rentals
- Online shop sales
As the business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
This isn't a typical admin role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business.
The role will involve a mixture of customer service, office administration, rental management, online shop administration and marketing support.
No two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Returning customer calls
- Responding to emails and enquiries
- Welcoming customers and visitors to the workshop
- Keeping customers updated throughout their projects
Campervan Rentals
- Managing rental enquiries
- Processing bookings
- Organising collections and returns
- Preparing customer paperwork
- Following up for customer reviews
Office Administration
- General day-to-day office duties
- Ordering office supplies and consumables
- Assisting with supplier communication and purchasing
- Keeping office systems organised and up to date
- Helping ensure the office remains clean, tidy and professional
Online Shop
- Processing customer orders
- Coordinating dispatches
- Handling customer queries relating to orders
Marketing Support
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns
- Writing and publishing blog posts
- Supporting marketing activities where required
About You
We're much more interested in attitude and organisation than campervan knowledge.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be friendly, confident and professional
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be highly organised and detail focused
- Be comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Be proactive and able to work independently
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Enjoy variety and being involved in different areas of the business
Experience in administration, customer service, office management, marketing or e-commerce would be beneficial but is not essential.
What We're Really Looking For
We're looking for somebody who notices things.
The type of person who:
- Sees an enquiry that hasn't been followed up and chases it.
- Notices we're running low on supplies and orders them.
- Spots a customer issue and resolves it before it becomes a problem.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
