We are looking for someone with Senior Care /Team Leader experience to work with us to support our 35 elderly ladies and gentlemen to live a fulfilled, caring and supported life.
Your role would be to guide and support the carers throughout your shift to provide our ladies and gentlemen with outstanding care. We are proud to have a CQC rating of Good overall and a food rating of 5, we have separate kitchen/cooks, domestic and laundry staff to ensure all departments run smoothly. We are a fun place to work with lots of activities on offer for all of us.
You must be able to demonstrate good leadership skills in order to support the team.
To follow care plans that management create and update and to ensure clients needs are met in compliance with the care plans.
You will have full support from the management team who are also on call 24/7
We would love you to have at least one years senior role experience. Working 2 days per week (12 1/4 hours per day) on a four week rolling rota. You will also have the opportunity to cover holidays etc.
All Senior staff are not required to complete or review care plans, conduct reviews with Social Services, or process referrals. These responsibilities are fully managed by the Management team.
In the event of staff sickness, you are not expected to remain on duty beyond your scheduled 12-hour shift.
You will have a three-month probationary period.. Your performance will be assessed. Upon successful fulfillment of your duties, your salary will be formally reviewed.
