Your Role
As part of our Extra Care team, you will:
- Provide personalised care and support
- Promote independence and wellbeing
- Assist with daily living tasks, medication, and personal care
- Be a friendly, reassuring presence within our community
- Work with colleagues to deliver a high‑quality, person‑centred service
About You
