Join multi-award winning Ciceley Commercials as a Customer Service Advisor / Administrator and you’ll find you’re working with a team that drives the standard in customer care. The successful candidate will work closely with the workshop and other service advisors to ensure job cards are completed accurately, invoices are raised efficiently and all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with Mercedes-Benz R&M and warranty procedures.
We are looking for a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail. You must be self-motivated, dedicated and have the ability to analyse and collate data.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
- Liaising with customers; face to face and over the phone
- Interact with customers and fleet managements companies to support the successful processing of repair invoices
- Booking vehicles in for service, MOT or repair
- Liaising with workshop to provide customer updates
- Selling Service Contracts by promoting the benefits and cost savings
- Covering duties of other team members in their absence
Essential Criteria
- Previous motor trade experience
- Knowledge of Kerridge/Autoline system
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyse and collate data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
- Professional manner
- Moderate computer skills
- Numerate
Desirable Criteria
- Previous Warranty/R&M claim experience
- Previous commercial vehicle experience
