Standby Healthcare are recruiting for a Team Leader in NN2, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established provider of Children's Residential care. Due to company growth, they are expanding their fantastic team who are dedicated to providing support the Children and provide the best care.

Role responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of support workers or care staff.
- Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Support staff recruitment, induction, and training processes.
- Oversee the delivery of person-centered care that promotes independence and dignity.
- Ensure that care is delivered in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Ensure accurate medication records are maintained.
- Train and support staff in safe medication practices.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies as needed.
- Support the Registered Manager in preparing for inspections
- Participate in audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of care.
- Implement service improvement plans and contribute to continuous development.
To be successful you will:
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Driving license is desirable but not essential
- Experienced in a similar position previously
