Co-Founder Opportunity in a new business– Matchmaking Agency!
We're looking for a co-founder to help build a matchmaking agency based in London/ Surrey, focused on bespoke matches at transparent, affordable pricing!
We aim to create meaningful relationships and help improve the way people connect.
The business is currently in its very early stages, and we're looking for a committed co-founder who wants to help build the company from the ground up. This is an opportunity to join at the beginning, shape the direction of the business, and work towards earning up to 50% ownership as the company grows.
Who we're looking for;
What's most important is that you're:
- Empathetic and genuinely interested in people
- Passionate about helping others find meaningful relationships
- Excited about building a business from the ground up
- A strong communicator who enjoys understanding people's needs
- Aligned with our mission and values
Experience;
Experience in any of the following would be helpful, but is not essential:
- Matchmaking or relationship coaching
- Marketing, branding, or social media
- Business development or sales
- Customer service or client management
- Running or growing a small business
What you'll be doing
- Helping shape the vision and growth of the company
- Working directly with clients and understanding their goals
- Contributing ideas for marketing, partnerships, and business development
- Building a service that genuinely improves people's lives
