This is a part time role ideal for someone with supervisory experience looking for flexibility alongside other commitments. High end of pay range is inclusive of expected Tronc.
As Part Time Supervisor you will play a key role in the day to day running of the restaurant during your shifts. You will be the senior presence on the floor, leading by example and ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the restaurant in line with our procedures
- Leading the front of house team during your shift
- Acting as Duty Manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- Training new team members and monitoring performance standards on the floor
- Maintaining and upholding Salerno's service and quality standards at all times
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring the restaurant is presented to the highest standard throughout service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front of house role in hospitality
- A natural leader who leads by example
- Weekends mainly with possible week day evenings.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to make decisions confidently during busy service
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Reliable, professional, and a strong communicator
- Knowledge of or interest in Italian food and drink is a bonus but not essential
