Digital Onboarding & Automation Coordinator (GoHighLevel / Training Provided)

Job description:
We're a Hull-based marketing company looking for a methodical, tech-confident person to join us in-house, setting up and automating new client accounts in GoHighLevel, our core software platform.
You don't need to be an expert. Master templates and systems are built for you. Your job is to take a master copy, set it up for each new client, switch on the right automations and AI tools, and get it all working. If you're organised, good with tech and keen to learn, we'll train you on the rest.
What you'll be doing:
- Setting up new client accounts in GoHighLevel from master templates
- Duplicating and configuring funnels, workflows and automations for each client
- Switching on and tailoring AI features such as chatbots and automated replies
- Building and adjusting automated follow-up sequences (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Swapping in client logos, colours, images and details
- Light design work to keep funnels and emails looking sharp
- Testing everything works before it goes live
What we're after:
- Confident with tech and quick to learn new software and tools
- Genuinely interested in automation and AI, and how they save businesses time
- Methodical and detail-driven, you don't miss things
- A good eye for layout and design (Canva-level is fine, we'll build on it)
- Reliable and able to work in person at our Hull office
- Any experience with GoHighLevel, marketing automation, AI tools or design is a bonus, not essential
This role grows with the right person. We'll start you at a level that matches your experience, and there's real room to move up. If you can take on more, fuller client builds, advanced automations, AI integration, managing client relationships, the higher end of the salary is on the table for someone who proves they're worth it.
