We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Mate to join our team, working closely with our lead engineer, helping keep critical infrastructure running smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in all aspects of multi-trade maintenance, including PPM (planned preventive maintenance), reactive work, and installations.
- Work across major transport hubs, gaining exposure to a variety of technical challenges.
- Support the lead engineer while also working independently when required.
- Contribute to a team that values quality, safety, and collaboration.
The Ideal Candidate
- Multi-skilled, conscientious, and takes pride in their work.
- Able to work independently but comfortable asking for guidance when needed.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Essential: Traceable 5-year work history for airport airside pass vetting.
- Essential: No criminal convictions in the last 5 years (DBS check required).
Qualifications & Requirements
- CSCS card preferred.
- Driving license essential (comfortable with long-distance travel).
- In-house training provided – future apprenticeship opportunities available for the right candidate.
- Maintenance experience of 1 year or more preferred.

Probation: 3-month period (with a possible 3-month extension in exceptional circumstances). After successful completion, notice period increases to one month.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, circa 10-hour shifts. Night work.
