The Role
We are currently seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors.
In this role, you’ll represent recognised brands, interact directly with customers, and play a key part in delivering positive and engaging customer experiences.
There are also opportunities for international travel and career progression for those who perform well and show leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote products and services
- Build strong rapport and deliver excellent customer service
- Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Gather customer feedback to support campaign improvements
- Attend ongoing training and development sessions
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve goals
- Travel to different locations when required
