Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front of House professional to serve as the welcoming face of their head office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in a professional services environment, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for creating memorable client experiences. As the Front of House team member, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects their brand.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers.
- Handle client inquiries and requests to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards in all interactions with guests and staff.
- Foster positive guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalised service in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in a professional services enviroment.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of front desk systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor.
