Person needed to help with indoor property maintenance
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Property Maintenance Person, you will be working within a small team for an established local family business.
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual, who can both work independently and as part of a small team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of painting and decorating, basic roofing and gardening knowledge to provide an efficient and comprehensive maintenance of our large portfolio of properties. Experience is essential.
Once the one month probation period is completed the salary can be negotiated depending on skill and experience.
A full clean driving licence needed and a van can be provided.
