This is a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic Front of House Supervisor to join a recently reopened country style pub in the Clitheroe area. The venue recently reopened and is now looking for someone who can help build momentum, support the team and create the warm, welcoming guest experience that keeps customers coming back.
Although the venue is part of a wider pub group, it is run independently, giving the team the chance to shape the atmosphere and service style at site level. The business is looking for someone with a naturally warm character, strong personality and genuine hospitality focus, who can build rapport with guests and become a familiar face within the pub.
This role would suit someone who can handle busy services while still maintaining attention to detail. You will need to support and lead a junior team, work efficiently, keep standards consistent and make sure guests feel looked after throughout their visit.
Alongside service, the role will include key supervisor duties such as cashing up, locking up, balancing tills and supporting the smooth running of the business. The position can be flexible, with part time and full time options considered for the right person.
This role does not provide accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the area.
Please note that this role does not provide Sponsorship, to apply you will need a full British Passport or the right to work in the UK.
