Dental Hygienist (Self-Employed)

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-employed Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, well-established private practice.
With the harbour and historic sailing villages of Bosham and Itchenor on one side, and the South Downs, Goodwood and Rolls-Royce on the other, we would argue that there are very few locations that can match our practice for quality of life and work-life balance.
Located just off the A27 with ample on-site parking, we are ideally positioned to serve the rapidly expanding local population. We also share our site with the area's first purpose-built private medical clinic, creating a unique opportunity for collaboration, patient awareness and continued practice growth.
Our practice comprises five dental surgeries and two dedicated hygiene surgeries, providing all aspects of private dentistry, including implants, Invisalign and in-house periodontal treatment. We have an experienced, supportive and well-established team, led by our Practice Manager, ensuring a smooth patient journey while maximising clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction.
The Opportunity
We have two permanent hygiene sessions available:
- Friday – available immediately
- Thursday – available from September 2026
Preferred working hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm, although we are happy to be flexible with start and finish times for the right candidate.
These sessions may be filled by one hygienist working both days or two separate hygienists, depending on availability.

About You
- GDC registered Dental Hygienist
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Ideally a minimum of 6–12 months' clinical experience
