Recruitably is delighted to be recruiting for a new Store Manager for BLOOM Juice Co. in Leeds City Centre.
The brand delivers a range of great tasting Juice and Acai alongside a healthy selection of sandwiches, wraps as well as coffee and smoothies, making them the healthier grab-and-go lunch time alternative.
To support the growth of their Leeds City Centre store, they are looking to recruit an excellent Store Manager to help grow and establish the store as a premier lunchtime destination in the City.
Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
· Supervising, coaching and developing the team
· Providing excellent customer service
· Motivating the team to meet targets.
· Monitoring inventory and stock ordering
· Maintaining the highest food hygiene ratings and operation and an EHO ready environment
· Ensuring the products are of high quality and meet the business standardisation
· Managing start of day and end of day processes
· Growth activities including bottle drops, sampling events and leafleting.
· Running collaboration events
· Other duties advised by management.
Skills and Qualifications
The skills and qualifications required for this role include:
· Experience as an Assistant Manager in quick service environment looking for progression, or an existing Store Manager looking for a new challenge
· Strong leadership skills
· Ambitious and motivated
· Be passionate about supporting a healthy change to the high street
· Wants to be part of a high growth ambitious company
· Food hygiene and standards certificates desirable
Job Type: Full-time
