Due to the needs and requests of the people we care for, it is a Genuine Occupational Requirement of this position to be female, in accordance with Schedule 9 of The Equality Act 2010.
Please note: All applicants need to have a full UK driving licence and their own car.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Every day is different, but your role may include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as laundry and light domestic duties
- Meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition
- Supporting with medication
- Providing companionship, whether that’s a friendly chat at home or accompanying clients on outings
Pay Rates
We offer competitive pay based on your registration status:
Not registered with Social Care Wales:
- £12.81 (Monday–Friday)
- £13.60 (Saturday–Sunday)
Registered with Social Care Wales:
- £13.20 (Monday–Friday)
- £14.00 (Saturday–Sunday)
Christmas & New Year’s Day are paid at double time.

Flexible Shifts
