A family office based in St Helier is seeking an Assistant Estate Manager for immediate start.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tenant administration and onboarding / KYC procedures, rent collection, arranging and conducting property viewings, and coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
Previous knowledge or experience of the Jersey residential tenancy law would be desirable but full training will also be provided.
Good administration skills and competence in Microsoft office products is essential.
This is a full-time position comprising 37.5 hours per week. Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with experience.
5 years residency NOT required.
