The Role
As our Sales Administrator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our commercial team, supporting sales activity across Dutch-, German- and English‑speaking markets. You’ll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, help us deliver an exceptional customer experience, and play a key role in our European growth.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Order Support
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery across multiple European markets.
- Prepare quotes, sales confirmations and product information.
- Track stock levels, lead times and delivery schedules.
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM and ERP systems.
Customer Communication
- Handle customer enquiries in Dutch, German and English with clarity and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors and partners.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure customers receive timely updates.
Cross‑Team Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance to keep operations aligned.
- Support sales reporting, forecasting and performance tracking.
- Assist with preparing presentations, market insights and sales materials.
What You Bring
- Fluency in German and English essential. Additionally Dutch preferred.
- Experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service or a similar commercial support role.
- Strong organisational skills and a love for detail.
- Confidence using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset — you enjoy making things run better and faster.
- Comfort working in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing start‑up environment.
