Lecturer in Engineering FXT
We are looking for a Lecturer in Engineering to join our team. This is a 17.5 hours per week, fixed term role until June 2027 offering a salary of £15,705 to £21,720 per annum.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out formal scheduled teaching.
- To act as a personal tutor to a group/s of students.
- To prepare learning materials and students’ assignments.
- To mark students’ work and examinations, moderation and verification.
- To lead and operate as part of a team in the monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of all aspects of the programme(s).
- To lead in maintaining appropriate programmes, college records and quality system.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 3 or above City and Guilds Engineering qualification or equivalent.
- Level 2 or above literacy/English and numeracy/maths qualifications.
- Experience of teaching Engineering.
- Experience of working with external agencies.
- Knowledge of Engineering up to level six.
- Knowledge of operation of quality systems.
