Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef/Cook to join our Kitchen team at Triple Two Keston. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of food production and preparation within a hospitality environment. As a Chef/Cook, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests seeking to brunch, while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Please note, the hourly rate is based on age and experience; weekend availability is essential. Our menu is focused on breakfast and lunch items.
Duties
- To ensure efficient food production and service.
- Prepare and present dishes to high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef/Cook or in a similar Kitchen role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional skills in food preparation and presentation, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
