Job Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Enfield for a Registered Care Manager, or someone working towards their Level 5 to obtain registration.. The Care Manager will oversee the daily operations of high quality care delivery, supporting clients and their families to ensure personalized care plans. Responsibilities include managing a team of care professionals and Key Players, conducting client assessments, coordinating services, providing training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Care Manager will act as a key point of communication and collaboration between clients, families, and the wider care team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise care staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional client care
- Develop, implement, and regularly review personalised care plans tailored to individual needs
- Oversee medication administration in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive health management
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust care strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures within the care environment
- Provide leadership during shift handovers and staff meetings to promote effective communication
- Support staff training and development programmes to maintain high standards of care
- Foster a warm, respectful, and safe environment that promotes dignity and independence for residents or clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior care settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, or home care services
- Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer’s care principles and practices
- Experience in developing and managing care plans tailored to individual needs
- Strong leadership and supervising skills with previous management or team-leading experience
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and health & safety regulations
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in nursing, social work, or healthcare management are desirable; registration is preferred but not mandatory for all applicants
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and foster positive relationships with residents or clients

Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
