We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. Our front-of-house team is dedicated, genuine and warm - hospitality, ownership and passion are central to our values in Mister Nice.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly, maintaining a high level of empathy and anticipating needs before they are voiced.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, accuracy, and attentiveness to guest needs.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the dining area.
- Manage guest complaints or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Oversee table settings, presentation, and overall ambience of the restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service, ideally in a supervisory role such as Waiter/Waitress.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities to handle busy service periods.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximise revenue while enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
