Salaried GP – Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex
A well-established and friendly GP practice in the coastal town of Burnham-on-Crouch is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Salaried GP to join its supportive clinical team.
The practice has a strong community ethos, with an emphasis on continuity of care and collaborative working. It serves a stable patient population and benefits from an experienced multi-disciplinary team including practice nurses, healthcare assistants, clinical pharmacists, and a capable administrative team that ensures clinicians are well supported throughout the day.
The role
The successful candidate will provide a full range of NHS primary care services, including routine surgeries, same-day appointments, and a share of home visits where appropriate. The role is offered on a flexible basis, with scope to support individual clinical interests and develop specialist skills in line with practice and patient needs.
Sessions are structured to promote sustainable workloads, with dedicated admin time and a well-organised appointment system that supports continuity of care and patient safety.
